Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items ordered.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery times indicated are given as an indication and the nice fleet could not be held responsible for a delay in delivery inherent to the carrier.

We offer several shipping methods:


For Metropolitan France

LETTER FOLLOWED
Delivery time from 24h to 72h.

Valid for one or two small pieces (armbands, balls and beach cushions).

COLISSIMO AT HOME WITH SIGNATURE, TNT AND GLS (depending on the weight of the package)
Delivery time of 24h to 48h, once the package has been dispatched.
The package will be delivered to your home against a signature. In case of absence, a calling card is left in order to organize a new delivery.

MONDIAL RELAY
It is up to you to select, after check-out, the relay point where your package will be delivered. You will be notified by email of its arrival at the relay point of your choice. This one keeps your package available only for a period of 7 calendar days.

 

For Europe

COLISSIMO AT HOME
For delivery in Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The best price will be offered to you when validating your basket.
For Europe, delivery times are 3 to 7 working days. Any customs fees and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

MONDIAL RELAY
It is up to you to select, after check-out, the relay point where your package will be delivered. You will be notified by email of its arrival at the relay point of your choice. This one keeps your package available only for a period of 7 calendar days. 

DHL ECONOMY EUROPE
For delivery in Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The best price will be offered to you when validating your basket.
For Europe, delivery times are 3 to 7 working days. Any customs fees and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

 

For the rest of the world

DHL EXPRESS
For delivery to the rest of the world, shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The best price will be offered to you when validating your basket.
For the area outside Europe, delivery times are 2 to 15 working days, depending on the destination.
Any customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

In the event of a change of mind on your part, the products you wish to return must have been purchased on our website www.thenicefleet.com and have been kept in their intact state, unused and in their original unopened packaging and not damaged.

For any purchase on our site, you have a so-called "withdrawal" period of 14 days from receipt of your package to return it to us. The return of items is at the customer's expense.

All returned merchandise must be returned to us intact in the condition in which it was sent by us. the nice fleet will check all returned goods for any damage and to ensure that they come from the nice fleet .

Before any return, you must contact us by email at contact@thenicefleet.com with your order number, the name of the product you wish to return to us. No return will be accepted without our having been informed in advance and without our having received the documents necessary to study the return.

In the event of a defective product, in addition to the information mentioned above, please attach a clear photo of the product as a whole and a clear photo of the defective part.
