FAQs

About the products:

Where are your products made?

Our deckchairs are made in France, our Nosy mats and Ifaty beach bags are hand-woven in Madagascar and our Kep fans are made in a small village with ancestral know-how in Cambodia. Our inflatable accessories are made in China because it is the only country at the moment to have the production tools for this type of product.

How are your inflatables made?

Each inflatable accessory is printed by hand, which sometimes explains the small color variations between products. It is then assembled and pressed at high temperature.

Do your inflatable products last over time?

We offer products whose timeless design and manufacturing quality last over time. We use recyclable, phthalate and BPA free PVC . We adapt the thickness of the pvc according to the product in order to combine comfort and durability. We recommend following the instructions given in the user manuals and inflating the buoys, sledges, mattresses and balls to 90% so that the seams are less stressed and the products last over time.

How to inflate your products?

Our buoys, armbands, mattresses, cushions, balls and sleds can be inflated by mouth, with a manual pump or an electric inflator / deflator that we offer on the e-shop. Do not use compressed air when inflating.

For sledges, the best is to inflate them then close the valve, distribute the air and then reinflate a little. This will prevent creases in the handles.

Do your products inflate / deflate quickly?

Armbands and pillows inflate quickly by mouth. We recommend an electric inflator for other products, which will allow you to inflate them in about 5 minutes.

What to do after using an inflatable accessory to make it last?

After use, rinse your inflatable accessory with clear water. Wait until it is dry before folding it and storing it in a dry place. Do not leave it in the sun when not in use. Prolonged exposure to excessive heat may cause the product to swell.

Is the pvc of the sledges the same as that of the buoys?

The pvc of the sleds is different from that of the summer accessories. It is treated to resist cold (down to -25°).

If I get my inflatable dirty, should I use a specific product to clean it?

You can clean your inflatable accessories with soap and water and then rinse well with clear water.

What should I do if my inflatable gets punctured?

Our inflatables come in a nice box including a repair patch in case of a puncture.

I have soiled my beach mat, what should I do?

In case of stains, wash your Nosy mat or your Ifaty bag by hand, with soap, using a soft brush or a sponge. Do not machine wash, this will damage the raffia fringes.
