Refund policy

 

In the event of a change of mind on your part, the products you wish to return must have been purchased on our website www.thenicefleet.com and have been kept in their intact state, unused and in their original unopened packaging and not damaged.

For any purchase on our site, you have a so-called "withdrawal" period of 14 days from receipt of your package to return it to us. The return of items is at the customer's expense.

Any merchandise returned to the nice fleet (address below) must be returned to us intact in the state in which it was sent by our services. the nice fleet will check all returned goods for any damage and to ensure that they come from the nice fleet.

Your return request must include the following :

Full name
Telephone number and email
Full mailing address
Number of the order concerned
Date of the order
Date of receipt of the order
Name(s) of affected item(s)


In attachments, copy of the delivery slip and order confirmation email.

The refund will be made within 10 to 15 days after receipt and verification of the items, directly on the card that paid for the order.
