Pleasure trip in the turquoise waters of Ibiza, and just before, a business trip but pleasure also in India, to find our craftsmen and suppliers after two years without seeing each other...
Are you going somewhere this summer?
To my great regret I had to go to Iceland, but everything was full so we're going to take a little trip to Aveyron (my region that I recommend, it's very beautiful and wild) then the north of Italy around Lake Garda and then a short passage to see friends in Spain towards Bégur.

My husband in the kitchen to feast and with my friends.
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
Padrons à la plancha, garlic and parsley tellines with a small glass of wine of course.
What does the holiday smell like?
Orange blossom: my summer perfume. I love this smell. The smell of barbecues: it projects you directly on vacation too.

Pareos, several bathing suits (important), light cotton veil outfits and my large Mapoésie honeycomb towel, very practical for traveling light.

]]>Hello Ollie, can you introduce yourself in a few words?
Ollie Edwards, co-founder of Business & Pleasure Co. - born in Australia, living in Los Angeles, CA.
What is your best vacation memory?
My wife & I traveled to Portugal in 2019 where we stayed at the Sublime Hotel. I always think of the long summer afternoons on the beaches there, of dinner as the sun begins to set at Sal's on the beach. It was just perfect.
What's your favorite summer cocktail?
I'm a huge tequila fan. Tequila Casamigos, fresh lime, crushed jalapeños and a little San Pelle, thank you!
Can you tell us the perfect place to get away and enjoy the sun in the middle of winter?
My wife and I are constantly chasing summer! Once the summer is over in the US, we pack up and head to Australia for the summer. You really can't beat a classic, hot Aussie summer.
A song that could brighten up your summer day.
I'm listening to a lot of Kings Of Convenience at the moment (a Norwegian duo who just released a new album). It sounds like summer to me! A bit of Bossa Nova influenced by South America. Listen to " Catholic Country " or " Fever " from their new album.
What will your program be this summer?
My wife and I are planning a trip to Europe with our son. Biarritz, Nice and finally Portofino!
What are your vacation essentials?
Today, I will never be seen without a nice umbrella and cooler when I travel, no matter the cost, they make a beach vacation day even more beautiful.
Which the nice fleet accessory would be perfect for your summer?
I would take any of these amazing buoys!! Oh and a Cinque cooler by B&PCO : )

]]>Can you tell us more about your activity, your news?
I am a brand agent in Greece. I work with beautiful brands like Inouitoosh, Pier from Sicily men's swimwear, Lorna Murray's hats, Corsica brand Mare di latte and the nice fleet :-) I also have shops on the islands of Paros and Antiparos.
And I also do sourcing and consulting for luxury hotels. I encourage hoteliers to call on my services to do a job they haven't learned to do: beautiful boutiques with the right selection for their clientele who have specific expectations and requirements. For example, I work with the Four Seasons Surf side in Miami or with the very popular Island club on the Athenian Riviera, for which I have just opened a shop.
In addition, I have just written the text of the very beautiful book Athens Riviera which has just been published by Éditions Assouline.
What are your favorite restaurants and bars in Greece and why?
The very chic Athénée in the center of Athens, which has a little Parisian side, so for nostalgia and its shaded terrace. The Grande Bretagne hotel bar for its view of the mythical Acropolis. Nolan and Cherchez la femme at Syntagma for their terraces and their sophisticated cuisine for one and deliciously simple for the other.
And then the Island restaurant in Vari for its sea view and good music. And the ultra jet set bar of the Astir in Vougliameni.
Your favorite fashion store?
Mine! Started with that of Antiparos, Petit Tipota ("nothing" in Greek) which is on the beach of Beach House. Unfortunately this year due to covid the resort will remain closed. Consequently, it will be necessary to fall back for the Petit Tipota of Naoussa in Paros...
Your favorite lifestyle / design store?
The cracks that the gun to the temple I wouldn't give you. Beach house because it's my HQ. And the Lollos restaurant on the port which serves the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Should I specify that the owners are Italian?
Do you have a secret address to share that only the locals know?
The Zombos restaurant that nobody knows (knows).
What is your best professional memory?
There's a holiday atmosphere in my shop so it's always very funny with customers who get naked to try on clothes, drink cocktails and stay chatting for hours... I have lots of memories with the fashion show international jet set that rushes to Greece in the summer, but I signed confidentiality contracts :-)
Are you more pool or sea?
Sea if I'm on a boat, a boat, anything that floats and takes me out to sea far from the beaches. Otherwise, I'm pretty swimming pool, mattress, under a parasol with a book...
Best summer cocktail in your opinion?
I don't drink alcohol but a virgin mojito suits me well!

]]> Can you tell us more about your activity, your news?
I am Caroline, the creator of MINIMIZ. We offer compactable and nomadic products that do not take up space for traveling families. There are products for young children such as sleeping bags or blankets but also products for the whole family such as microfiber towels.
This summer, we are delighted to launch our first collaboration with the nice fleet! A BAHIA microfiber towel, matching the inflatable products.
What are your favorite summer addresses (shops, restaurants and bars) and why?
In Annecy, where we live, I really like the Chalet de la Brune, the Petit Paradis (for romantic meals) or the Bel Abri to eat on the terrace by the lake. In town, my canteen is Les Palettes, a restaurant/concept store where you can eat amazing salads and XXL croque-monsieur. On the shop side, Biutiful for their selection of decorative objects.
Otherwise in the South we like to have lunch in Porquerolles at the Pinède under the pines to the song of the cicadas.
In Biarritz, an aperitif at Etxola Bibi or Bahia. Magic !
What is your favorite place in the world (beach or other)?
Oh my, there are so many. Go if you have to choose one, Port Barton in the Philippines. We discovered this small fishing village 11 years ago and we went back there with the children this winter.
Do you have a secret address to share that only a few people know?
Near Annecy, we like to go to a small refuge (Chavan). It is run by a certain Claudius, a real phenomenon! The refuge is placed in a circus. We go there every year with different groups of friends, it has become a kind of pilgrimage!
What are you planning this summer?
A week of surfing in Seignosse with the family in July. A few days with friends in Biarritz… We were supposed to go to Tanzania at the end of August but the trip was postponed suddenly, it will be heading to the South of France for 10 days of boat, beach, aperitif and idleness with friends! Not bad!
What is your best professional memory?
I would say… the receipt of my first compliant prototype! When your dream comes true…after months of hassles, back and forth…then the first order, the first appearance of my products on TV…there are quite a few that are remarkable all the same!
Are you more pool or sea?
I am swimming pool with sea view! I like the atmosphere of the sea, the dream beaches and the coconut palms, but the sand, much less!
Best summer cocktail in your opinion?
A very fresh White Sangria!
Your definition of vacation?
No watch, lots of books, family and friends and if possible all that in the sun and in flip-flops. Endless aperitifs, yoga, why not a little massage...and ideally no signal for a real "break" (but that's increasingly rare)... I like to alternate "adventurer" holidays » with family around the world and short stays in Europe as a couple or with friends! We discovered van holidays last year with the children, we loved it!
Mattresses, perfect for chilling in the pool!

What are your favorite restaurants/bars in the world and why?
I love Korean food, and Komah in Sao Paulo is great: both cozy and charming @komahrestaurante. In Porto, Portugal, I like a vegan restaurant called Terrarea @terrarea.
Your favorite fashion stores in the world and why?
N06 in Soho NY: I like their selection.
Pinga in Sao Paulo: Here you can find cool and trendy Brazilian brands.
Thanks to Paris: I like the concept.
Your favorite design/lifestyle stores in the world?
Corso Como 10 in Milan: This was the first concept store I went to when I decided to become a designer.
What is your favorite place in Sao Paulo?
My neighborhood Santa Cecilia.
Do you have a secret address that only the locals know about?
Sao Paulo in the middle of the night can be endless… The bars next to Copan (an Oscar Niemeyer building in the center) is where you can really feel the diversity of the city. You can also go to the Onça bar (very traditional) or Fel @fel.so
What do you have planned for your next vacation?
I'm going to have fun, I'm going on a road trip alone, from the south of Portugal to the beaches. I don't have a specific program, for each city I will stay as long as it pleases me.
What is your best professional memory?
When I found out that my Serpentina project was praised with excellence by Conde Nast College in London! I was more than happy!
Rather sea or swimming pool?
I like both, what I really like is being underwater. The perfect image would be to spend the whole day at the sea and end the day in a swimming pool.
The best “summer cocktail” in your opinion?
Fitzgerald.
Your definition of vacation?
No phones, sunshine with a light breeze and swimming.
Mantra?
Trust the timing.

Nestled on the heights of Camps Bay, the 52 de Wet hotel (tested and approved) offers a breathtaking view of pretty villas and especially the sea as far as the eye can see.
You feel at home with the open kitchen where you can help yourself throughout the day, with the turntable in each room (very good selection of vinyl records) and the warm welcome of the hosts.
We won't show you more, so you can discover their pretty rooms with a view (some of which have a private pool) here
]]>In the far north of Finland, in the region of Lapland, Inari borders two countries: Russia and Norway. It is 4 hours drive north of the Arctic Circle that you will find our inspiration for the luge of the same name.
Surrounded by the white and icy fullness, the Nangu Wilderness Hotel offers the possibility of sleeping closer to the stars, in small ecological huts located a few hundred meters from the main hotel building, on Lake Inari.
Soberly furnished with a double bed with a glass roof, these huts allow, for a few nights, to feel alone facing the immensity of the Northern Lights thanks to a panoramic view of the sky from the bed.
If huts aren't your thing, the hotel also offers cabins, chalets, and rooms.
But while waiting for the start of the Northern Lights, you can take a trip to the sauna or the hotel restaurant, which offers cuisine inspired by the Sami culture. For the more adventurous, a whole selection of activities are offered by the hotel. If you want to know more, it's here .
]]>With its snow-capped mountains, its panorama, its serenity, the Pic de Rochebrune inspired us with the eponymous toboggan run.
Hidden in the heart of the village of St-Véran, at an altitude of 2040m, the Alta Peyra offers a plunging view of the Pic de Rochebrune.
Located at the foot of the slopes and hiking trails, it's up to you to choose between skiing on the slopes of the Beauregard area or lazing around in the hotel spa and its outdoor swimming pool with a view of the neighboring peaks.
At night, enjoy the panoramic terrace of the hotel bistro to immerse yourself in the stars thanks to the unique clarity of the sky. You can then continue with a dinner at the Roc Alto, the hotel's starred restaurant, known for its Queyras cuisine with Mediterranean accents directed by Sébastien Nouveau. What do we like about it? The large fireplace which gives the restaurant a warm atmosphere.
As for the rooms, it is a modern decoration with mountain accents that awaits you. The little extra: they all or almost all offer a balcony to immerse yourself a little more in the landscape.

]]> What was your last trip?
Hong Kong! We fell in love with this destination. We went everywhere to soak up the city as much as possible. I love big cities, I feel very small. Talking about it, I can see us touring the restaurants one evening. We had set ourselves the rule with my boyfriend: one dish per person per restaurant... we made 4! to taste as many things as possible, it was sometimes very original :D
We also spent a whole day looking for a very specific vintage camera. We traveled for miles through cities, through markets, through super-crowded neighborhoods with karaoke stages on either side of the street. We ended up finding the device, we looked at it, we put it back without too much interest. It was just a pretext!
In the meantime, we went to Brazil in the middle of summer here, so in the middle of winter there, but it's still 24 degrees!
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?
It's not a secret corner but a place that deserves more attention: I love strolling along the banks of the Seine next to the Institut du Monde Arabe with all the dancers, it always gives me a lot of comfort to see all these people dancing together without knowing each other... I love it.
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
We are looking for the best places to live to enjoy every moment from the contents of the plate until waking up in the morning. We love to ditch the best places to prepare our holidays with my boyfriend. In turn, we say who is in the lead on the stage or the destination and whoever is will make proposals. We love to eat well and live magical moments, we make it a point of honor, without it being complicated: lying down for an hour in a meadow between the bales of hay and looking at the sky without doing anything is part of the program.
On vacation, rather idleness or are you on the move?
The fidget! We tried idleness because we would like to be able to land somewhere but we can't do it yet...
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Pool ! Especially to stay nearby, to know that I can go there if I want, to soak my legs in it. Alone, I quickly get bored in a swimming pool: I like to be there if my boyfriend or friends are there too.
A very chilled glass of Lillet. I rediscovered this alcohol, with green olives from Sicily, melon and cherry tomatoes from the garden. Quite banal but that's what works, all that matters is the quality of the products.
What are your summer suitcase essentials?Baby nappies, nappies and toys right now haha, otherwise I bring 3 pairs of glasses, my Pampa cap, our pola and good walking shoes.
What does the holiday smell like?Without hesitation the beach tent! That I would use on the beach or on the grass by a swimming pool: to play with baby in the shade without risking getting sand in the eyes with the wind.
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
Thank you Noelie!
To discover the colorful world of Pampa, it's here !
My name is Zoé de Las Cases, I am an artistic director and above all a jack of all trades: I am a graphic designer, designer, decorator and illustrator.
What was your last trip?Calm, family, rest, flowers, beautiful landscapes and above all, if I could find inspiration, it was because they were successful!
The sea is really the holidays!
The ideal dinner?White wine with slices of tapenade or Italian bruschetta.
What are your summer suitcase essentials?Drawing materials, books and good shoes!
What does the holiday smell like?My son Sacha never leaves the pretty Tulum inflatable armbands, and I would take a Saly beach cushion in my suitcase!
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
I would go anywhere a nice aperitif would be waiting for me.
Where did you go this summer?
On the Aubrac with my parents like every summer for 38 years.
And I had the chance to go to Greece at the end of August, just before starting this year which is going to be very busy with great projects.
Thanks Zoe!

]]>Hey, hi, I'm Maxime, I founded the stationery brand Papier Tigre with my partner Julien, which is the first in France to dust off the world of stationery.
What was your last trip?Oh yes, but if I reveal it to you, it won't be secret anymore, will it?
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
Being at the right time, in the right place, with the right people. It's a clever mix that when well dosed is a winner every time.
Holala, downright idleness.
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Sea without hesitation, with a big preference for the ocean :-)
The ideal dinner?
A bit like on vacation, the ideal dinner is the right people in the right place at the right time.
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
The Gin To' but does that mean that it smells like holidays all year round?
What are your summer suitcase essentials?
Two swimsuits, t-shirts, sunglasses and that's it!
A small plant found near the ocean and at the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes in Paris, it smells of summer and the dunes: I never knew its name, it's very mysterious.
What book to read this summer?
Full :
How to work less to earn more?
Build your Business Plan with a Tarot game
Marketing for Dummies
Leadership for kids
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
The XL round buoy to stay stable in the waves.
And the Izu pattern is my favorite!!
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
In my bed, for a day, then at the beach, Pacific side in Mexico for a week. Then it will be better.
Where are you going this summer?
In California and Arizona, in search of clichés of excessive America and the heat of the desert.
Thank you Maxim!
The Papier Tigre shop at 5 rue des filles du Calvaire in Paris has had a makeover, we advise you to run there (especially for the personalization workshop, for the selection a lot, the photo booth of course and the unique giant pencil! ) .
At the start of the school year, Papier Tigre has some surprises in store for us! To find out more, it's here !
]]>In a few words, it's difficult for me! Well, I'll try: I'm Simon, a former documentary filmmaker who became the happy co-founder with Benjamin of La Serviette Paris, a chic & cool household linen brand.
What was your last trip?Travel Travel ? Or weekend, weekend?
If it's really travel, then Iceland, the place in the world where I feel the most free... (I'm on my sixth trip there, so I cherish this freedom! )
And if not, I try to go regularly on weekends abroad with my lover. Latest: Lisbon and the Costa da Caparica for a birthday. Easy, simple, economical, cheerful, everything I love!
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?GPS coordinates: N 64 19.634 W 20 16.769
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
Being alone in the world (well, just with those you love around you. But no one else!)
On vacation, rather idleness or are you on the move?
Both my Colonel! The ideal day: we start with a little idleness – then a good move – then a lunch that lasts, that lasts, that lasts – then a big idleness required before a last big move – to finish with a big aperitif and dinner!
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Sea, morning and evening – in between: swimming pool!
The ideal dinner?
Bread, wine, friends. The rest is just incidental!
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
Spritz but with elderberry liqueur instead of Apérol and lemon instead of orange. A restaurant owner next to the shop (30 rue du Vertbois, Paris 3rd ) made us discover it, terrible!
What are your summer suitcase essentials?
Frankly, nothing is essential.
What does the holiday smell like?
Pins without hesitation. But beware, not the Scented Pine Toilet Duck smell. No, the one that transports you to the pine forest, the one that makes you want to throw a pine cone, the one that makes you regret having taken that pine cone because your hand is full of resin afterwards, that's it that one…
What book to read this summer?
The 7 marriages of Edgar and Ludmilla by Jean-Christophe Ruffin. Recommended by my mother. Those who liked Waiting for Bojangles will love it.
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
The Stinson but double version! I love his swimmers and especially the idea of never being very far from his soul mate...
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
In Japan. I think it's still one of the few places where you feel like you're on another planet.
Where are you going this summer?
100% French and very eclectic holidays: Île de Ré with my best friend; Sanary at my lover; and finally Burgundy and Aveyron with the family!
Thanks Simon!

]]>I am a fashion and textile designer based in Sydney, Australia. I design and handcraft natural fiber hats and also "ethical" clothing for women and children. I travel a lot, especially in Southeast Asia and Southern Europe. My passion for adornments, clothing, art, design and craftsmanship runs through my family line. As an artist and designer, I also simply feed on everyday life.
What was your last trip?
Currently, I spend the summer in the south of France. I like to follow the sun and luckily my job requires me to go to warm places regularly. Earlier this year, I traveled to Indonesia for some snorkeling before heading to Bali where I was able to admire the magical sunsets and relax in Canggu.
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?
It's hard, I have a lot... from the little narrow streets of old Delhi where sweet chai are served and vendors sell thousands of different braids and laces in little shops overflowing with stock from the floor to ceiling. I love those dusty shops with their rickety stairs and ceiling fans so low I often have to bend down. This is paradise for a textile designer!
I also love the spectacular waterfalls and natural pools in northern Australia. They are really beautiful secluded places.
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
No schedules and no fixed plan. Sleep or wake up early, whatever comes to mind. Lots of sun, the hotter the better! Swim, definitely swim. Massages and meditation while traveling in Southeast Asia. I take my sneakers everywhere I go because one of my favorite things is to run in the heat, especially in less familiar places. It appeals to all the senses.
On vacation, rather idleness or are you on the move?
Freewheeling, nothing is planned.
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Salt rather than chlorine every day! I like a good saltwater pool when I don't have beach access. Surfing beaches in Australia with the sound of crashing waves are instantly filled with tranquility and a sense of well-being. Bali's tropical oasis pools are my favorite, but I also enjoy swimming and boating in the blue waters of the Mediterranean every summer.
The ideal dinner?
Outdoor dining with family and friends. Music, wine, seafood and gourmet salads. At home, a barbecue of steamed fish and vegetables. Finish with a homemade cheesecake and a raspberry coulis.
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
A Mojito. This is the most refreshing cocktail I have found!
What does the holiday smell like?
I completely lost my sense of smell over 20 years ago, so my visual and tactile senses are really tuned in. Looking back, I fondly remember the smell of the sea, freshly baked croissants, my plastic bath toys and my coconut oil sunscreen when we went on a family vacation.
What book to read this summer?
I read several at a time. I am currently immersed in "Fragonard, the love of perfume" after visiting Grasse recently. I can't wait to read "Wild Swans" by Jung Chang. and I am also currently reading essays by Sekala Niskala on religion, rituals and art.
Thank you Lorna!

]]> What was your last trip?
I went to Ghana with my eldest son to meet my supplier of vinyl beads, with which I make my necklaces. It was far from what I imagined, and I had no image in mind. It is a poor and harsh country, where people are happy, cheerful and never complain. It's exotic Africa as we imagine it, but with beaches like we didn't expect to find there and above all a crazy and rich architecture in Accra. We secretly hoped to do a shoot, with a girl cast on the spot, and well we succeeded and it was a very nice surprise.
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
I have a habit, I need to prepare my trip by address. Too afraid of missing a plan in a neighborhood and not coming back. So I make myself a little notebook full of notes, that's my secret.
Rather sea or swimming pool?
The sea if it is blue and smooth like a swimming pool.
A very cold beer. The good thing about beer is that wherever you go you can always find a local one.
What are your summer suitcase essentials?"Humanity in Peril" by Fred Vargas. I recommend it, it allows you to keep a cool head during the summer by giving crazy and aberrant information on the management of energies in the world, there are really things to do and it is easy to read.
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
The SALY buoy and cushion, I love the WAX print.
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
In Kyoto I went there very quickly and I want to go back very soon.
Where are you going this summer?
A bit of Paris, Brittany and especially Corrèze: my nest is there.
Thank you Aurelia!
To discover Maison Mönik jewelry, it's here !
]]>A nice girl (sometimes).
What was your last trip?We went to Puglia for our last shoot. I've had my eye on this region for a long time: its olive trees, the sound of cicadas, the whitewashed streets. Besides, we were hot but it was magical.
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?Stroll around Ostuni in general, a little white gem perched on a rock and not yet disfigured by mass tourism. La Masseria le Carrube – a former agricultural farm 15 minutes by car, a sanctuary of peace and calm (before we disembark before the children) with two superb swimming pools, where you want to relax without a cell phone or a schedule.
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?So I like both, my husband is on the move (the day after our wedding, I was exhausted by emotion, the emptiness of the post-marathon, he took me to Mount Etna to climb ). When the children were small, we alternated between swimming and going out every other day. Now that they are growing up, we have enrolled them all in sailing lessons in the morning and reserve the afternoon for relaxing by the pool and preparing the evening meal as a couple or as a family...
Rather sea or swimming pool?
So for me it would be more of a lake, I like above all to bathe in fresh water (without chlorine).
The ideal dinner?
Head to head with my darling. Every year we reserve an evening without children, without a program and we jump on our bikes to go around Paris and we stop where our taste buds take us. It doesn't matter where we land, it's the best dinner of the year.
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
Gray shrimps and smoked Pouilly of course!
What are your summer suitcase essentials?
Our Canopea of course anti-UV swimsuits, children live in them all summer long! No more battles to brush them with cream, little red crayfish shoulders, crying at the end of the day because they have been too exposed (we say it too little, but a serious burn before the age of 18 doubles the risk of cancer of the skin in adulthood). We know that they are well protected and we finally enjoy seeing them wearing anti-UV t-shirts, everyone wins! Moreover, since I launched the brand three years ago, we have drastically reduced our consumption of sunscreen. Suddenly, all that we save in cream, we spend it in ice cream.
All the aromatic herbs that we use without moderation in summer as a starter, main course and dessert (basil ice cream, you know?)
What book to read this summer?
Right now I'm on "Sapiens" by Yuval Noah Harari… I'm learning a lot of things and nothing better than an afternoon in the shade of a pine tree to reconnect with your origins.
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
I am super happy where I am, near the Loire with my family, with my sisters, my parents and all the little cousins.
Thank you Constance!

]]> What was your last trip?
My last big trip was Hawaii! These islands are absolutely magical!
But I'm lucky to live in Bordeaux and every weekend we go to the Bassin d'Arcachon. Each time, I feel out of place and feel like I'm taking a mini-vacation!
On vacation, rather idleness or are you on the move?
100% idleness! I assume the fact that I love doing nothing.
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Sea and if possible with waves.
With my lover, outside, if possible with your feet in the sand and with a view of the ocean. Easy right?
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?Rosé and tapenade!
What are your summer suitcase essentials?Vintage denim shorts, a white t-shirt and sandals! Good basics that go everywhere. And MIMITIKA sunscreen of course!
What does the holiday smell like? That of MIMITIKA sunscreen.
What book to read this summer?
"An Endless Life" by Beigbeder on all the advances in the world to gain longevity.
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
Buoy !
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
On a west coast beach.
Where are you going this summer?
On the West Coast ;)
Thanks Audrey!

]]> What was your last trip?
It was in Greece in the Cyclades: on the program Santorini (too touristy for me), Milos (incredible lunar spots) then Folegandros (island of my dreams).
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?
The Provalma hotel in Folegandros: a breathtaking 360 view of the sea, an incredible calm just disturbed by the wind sometimes.
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
A place without a shop!! I hate shopping on vacation or seeing everything I see all year long for my job.
On vacation, rather idleness or are you on the move?
Relaxation at 200%.
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Sea ! Nothing better than the sensation of salt on the skin to feel out of your daily life.
Lots of mini dishes based on vegetables and fish from the market.
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?A good glass of wine overlooking the sea :)
What are your summer suitcase essentials?K.Jacques barefoot ideal in all circumstances (chic with a pretty silk summer dress, practical at the beach in a bathing suit / sarong).
What does the holiday smell like?Honeysuckle, jasmine, lemon tree, tomato leaves.
What book to read this summer?
Right now I'm reading Annie Ernaux.
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
Every year I take a giant buoy with which we all have fun: adults and children.
Where are you going this summer?
I'm not super organized when it comes to holidays, but probably a bit in Brittany at home, a bit to discover my grandmother's country (Slovenia), a bit in Spain to enjoy our magnificent cove.
Thank you Jennifer!
Merci welcomes the nice fleet on its mezzanine from July 18th!

]]> What was your last trip?
It was in February (and like every year) in Kerala in southern India. We get up at 6 a.m. to surf all morning, we chill the day and we accompany the sunset with a yoga session facing the sea. Hyper cliché ;-) but I assume, it has become my essential ritual since 4 years.
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?
Well no, it's a secret! But I want to share some clues: It's in Mexico, south of the state of Oaxaca on the Pacific coast. If you search a bit you should find ;-) it has something to do with the moon. Pfff I have already said too much!
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
Above all, no program, lots of nature and friends, but not too many, just a small group to make the most of everyone. And the sea, with its tides... it has to be, otherwise I miss it, it's the one that punctuates my days!
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Haha! What does a swimming pool look like?
Pastagaaaaaa! And don't talk to me about Spritz!
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
The Tulum balloon!
Where are you going this summer?
In California / Arizona for a nature, desert and outdated motels road trip. I can not wait !
Thanks Pea!
We love everything at Kerzon but we love the scented pouches to slip into your suitcase in summer and the scented mists (Especially "L'eau")

]]> What was your last trip?
A. My last little trip was to the island of Houat in Brittany in camping mode, the weather was splendid, it was incredible; this place is magical, wild, far from everything, a nugget!
My last big trip was Colombia for my honeymoon, it was crazy but quite short for such a diverse country, it would have taken at least 15 more days!
C. My last trip was to Brazil, with my family. I loved it, I fell in love with this country... And Rio, if it weren't for crime and corruption, would certainly be heaven on earth. The people are kind, the music, the warm sand, the waves... a very beautiful memory. I would love to go back, without children this time.
Do you have a secret address to reveal to us?
A. Isla Mucura in Colombia precisely, there is only one hotel, those who know, know!
C. Some places in Guadeloupe (where I lived 5 years) like La Désirade for example... but shhh... don't talk about it, nobody goes there yet, you have to keep these places secret...
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?
A. A sweet mix of sun, heat, change of scenery, discovery and rest!
C. Sun, sea, sea, sea... As you will have understood, now living in Paris, I miss the sea a lot!
On vacation, rather idle or are you on the move?
A. Farniente but it depends on which holiday we are talking about!
C. I'm pretty lazy, but my husband is ultra on the move, so we make a good mix, well, at least me :)
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Bitter !
C. Sea, sea, sea!
The ideal dinner?
A. Outside, in the summer, with friends, putting the world to rights (but not too much!), talking nonsense to each other, drinking good wine and listening to good music!
C. Improvised picnic on a beach with family and friends (but without mosquitoes...)
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
A. The pastis, or even the Moorish (which clearly smells of pétanque and a southern accent!!).
C. The Moorish too! A real plunge into my childhood / adolescence in the south.
What are your summer suitcase essentials?
A. Thousands of bathing suits, a pair of Rondini, denim shorts, a good book (yes, I still believe it's possible to read with 2 little boys on the beach!!).
C. A multitude of swimsuits (it drives my husband crazy... but I really wear them), and lots of t-shirts, dresses, jumpsuits, sandals... and I always end up wearing the same outfit.. I have a big, big suitcase problem .. the truth, I don't know how to pack a suitcase, so I take too many things!
What does the holiday smell like?
A. The smell of pines, and the sound of cicadas!
C. Monoi. I love Tahitian oils, the one with the Tiare flower in the glass bottle.
If you could teleport right now, where would you go?
A. In our family home in the south of France!
C. In Rio, on Ipanema Beach.
Where are you going this summer?
A. We rented a van with "wevanbiarritz", we're going as a family (my boyfriend, me and my 2 boys aged 7 and 3), we're going on a road trip in the Pyrenees, with hikes, wild camping (we can sleep in our van wherever we want!!), marmots when we wake up, pee in the bushes (obviously I don't like that!!), in short freedom... I can't wait, it's a first for us !
C. We go to Morocco: trek in a tent, in the High Atlas and then Essaouira, for beach, kite and surf. A good combo sport, nature, ocean!
Thank you sisters!
Albertine and the nice fleet are collaborating this summer and creating a limited edition XL Palma buoy, illustrated by Delphine Cauly "été1981". To discover it, it's here !
]]>An insider's tip... go to Saint-Tropez in May, get up early and enjoy the port when calm still reigns.
What is the secret of a successful vacation for you?A blazing sun, reunited friends, long afternoons on the beach, drunken evenings, preferably around the Mediterranean.
On vacation, rather idle or are you on the move?
Rather idleness, from Annecy to Provence and the magnificent Corsica coves.
Well actually, we can't stop moving :)
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Sea & Pool, everyday!
We swim all summer in Lake Annecy, which is one of the purest in Europe.
In the morning before work or for a picnic at the end of the day... We know where to go to find quiet corners.
The ideal dinner?
After a good shower to desalt or get ready :-) By the sea (Experimental Beach Club in Ibiza) or in a garden in Provence, with friends or family.
Grilled octopus with small summer vegetables.
The aperitif that smells like the holidays?
A Moorish drowned in ice cubes.
What are your summer suitcase essentials?
Dresses: in all colors, all styles: bohemian, jungle, animal, wax... we wear them all so as not to regret having forgotten some at the start of the school year.
We always bring our super cool glasses cords from Socool.
Bare feet, a fouta and a Miasun tent of course!
We always travel light.
What does the holiday smell like?
That of the maquis! Often in Corsica but it is also sometimes found in Greece, the Balearic Islands or even in the Alpilles in Provence.
What book to read this summer?
There are so many ! The Island of the Forgotten by Victoria Hislop to fly away to Crete.
A summer with Homer by Sylvain Tesson for philosophers.
The last of Dicker to devour.
Or dozens and dozens of podcasts!
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on holiday with?
We have sublimated a miasun with the Stinson motif from the nice fleet , so for us it's the Stinson buoy with its "So retro so funny" swimmers!
Where are you going this summer?
In the summer we stay in France to be closer to our customers!
It's THE most important time of the year, the rush of orders, delivery follow-ups, exceptional requests etc... Miasun is a seasonal product that we order and use in June, July, August and we want to offer an irreproachable experience! So for us the holidays will be in September!
And in addition, we go on M6 ... it's going to rock!
Thank you girls !
Miasun and the nice fleet collaborate this summer and create the Stinson beach tent. To discover it, it's here !
]]> What was your last trip?
I don't have much time to travel unfortunately... I went to Biarritz for a few days this winter. I try to compensate for this frustration by evoking idyllic and exotic landscapes in my drawings, which I hope are an invitation to travel.
Rather sea or swimming pool?
Sea, definitely.
I would love to love anisette, it's so pretty in a glass, it smells good and evokes the south. I love old Ricard carafes too.. Unfortunately, it sickens me very quickly! So, I'm more of a pool of rosé.
What are your summer suitcase essentials?
Well threadbare Levis denim shorts, vintage lace camisoles, Castaner espadrilles, a pair of K-jacques and all my swimsuits. This summer, the whole line of Albertine swimwear and beachwear, in particular the Magnum shirt and the swimwear from the Tropical Lovers line with the pattern I created for summer 2019.
Which nice fleet accessory would you go on vacation with?
Obviously with the Palma buoy! But to tell the truth, I would like them all (even if I don't have a swimming pool).
Where are you going this summer?
No doubt at home in Corsica.
Thank you Delphine!
Delphine created the pattern for our Palma buoy in collaboration with Albertine!
To follow it, it's here !

]]> Until October 23, 2017, discover the largest retrospective dedicated to David Hockney. More than 160 works retrace the career of this singular artist.
In 1964, he discovered the west coast of the United States and moved towards a solar painting reflecting Californian hedonism and of which his "Bigger Splash" of 1967 became its icon. He then worked a lot around the universe of the swimming pool with photos and his "stain color field", in a series of works on paper illustrating the water of a swimming pool subjected to day and night lighting.
Surrounded by the spectacular mountains of the Musandam Peninsula, this traditional eco-friendly Omani village faces a private cove.
Everything is done to consume little and locally: we eat fruits and vegetables from the vegetable garden, the meat and fish come mainly from fishermen and breeders from the surroundings, we consume little water and electricity (low consumption light bulbs).
Here luxury is simplicity and well-being: exploration of the seabed, one of the most beautiful in the world, walks through surprising mineral landscapes, cruises in dhows, a spa with an oriental feel and a restaurant with delicious recipes.
An elegant and rejuvenating haven of peace (where the weather is nice all year round!).
